Create a reactive shopping experience your customers will LOVE

NOT ALL TRAFFIC IS CREATED EQUAL. When you can reflect a shoppers’ journey back to them in the form of a personalized shopping experience that’s when you begin to separate yourself from your competition and significantly increase trust — and increase trust leads to increased sales.

I can tailor your website, emails, and ads to align across a common message and change automatically based on your customers’ journey while you sit back and watch those additional sales roll in.

Over 78% of consumers will only engage offers if they have been personalized to their previous engagements with the brand.

Your Customers Expect More

Let’s face it, the days of “just having a website” or emailing everyone in your database promotional newsletters meaning more sales are long gone — everyone and their mom has a website now, so what? But that’s not a big deal, all you need to do is get prime real estate in Google (or Facebook) with a solid traffic strategy leveraging SEO and PPC — easy-peezy, right?

In the first place, that’s nowhere near as easy as some people try to make it out to be — especially for someone like you who has to worry about so many different things. And in the second place, because there are so many websites now — with more and more being added every day — traffic generation is rapidly becoming an arms race where he who has the most money wins, period.

So if just having a website doesn’t get it done, and focusing purely on generating more traffic to it is a quick way to drain your already limited marketing budget, what can you do?

I’m glad you asked…

An Unfortunate (But Surmountable) Reality

Unless the name of your business is Amazon, Wal-Mart, or Target there will always be companies in your category that are bigger than you and ready to pay more than you to have more prominent ad placement and have their sites ranked higher in search engines — that’s just reality.

BUT, here’s some more reality for you…there is only one you. And no one can be better at being you than you. Once you help your existing, and would-be, customers realize that they start purchasing more frequently AND spending more with each purchase.

Should you shift some of your focus from constantly trying to get as much attention as you can to really taking care of the people that actually have given you their attention great things will happen, because the customer experience you provide is something no one can take away from you. The larger companies may be “louder” and more visible than you, but the one thing they can’t do is stop you from being you.

And that’s where I come in.

75% of consumers are more likely to buy from a retailer that recognizes them by name, recommends options based on past purchases, OR knows their purchase history.

A Consistently Personalized Message Is Key

Would you rather have 1% of 10k monthly visitors to your site turn into sales or 2% of 5k?

(my apologies for making you do mental math)

That’s a trick question because they both end up being 100 new sales.

What the example highlights, though, is the difference between making sales through a focus on traffic generation while the latter is all about making sales through a focus on an enhanced and highly interactive experience with your brand.

Imagine a world where depending on what you knew about your customer:

Dynamic Website

Visiting your site would cause it to remodel itself — on the fly — so headlines, imagery, testimonials, and call-to-actions would be personalized to them. Making your website smarter and creating an on-site experience that is more meaningful.

Dynamic Emails

Receiving emails from you look and feel more like 1-to-1 conversations that communicate specifics about the customer, instead of a newsletter sent to a massive list. Those emails are automatically triggered based on their behaviors and follow-ups are persistent but not obnoxious.

Dynamic Ads

Once they left your store any Ads they see would be a reflection of the products viewed and actions taken on your site while Facebook Messenger conversations allowed them to receive and react to distinct reminders, like cart abandonment or order status updates.

Dynamic Experiences

Tying all of those together into an immersive digital experience that shows the person you recognize them as an individual with specific interests — and they are not just a faceless transaction in a pool of many others.

Actually, there is no need to imagine because I can get you there — without blowing up your budget or sucking up all your time.

Personalized home page promotions influence 85% of consumers, while personalized shopping cart recommendations influence 92% of shoppers to complete a purchase.

Done-For-You Personalization Campaigns

Free Yourself to Focus on the Bigger Picture

When you work with me, you don’t just invest in personalization campaigns that provide message consistency that will ultimately improve your conversation rates. You also buy your time back and become free again to invest it into more strategic elements of your business.

You didn’t get into business to spend your time optimizing customer segments, monitoring email deliverability, or crafting dynamic calls-to-action. It’s time you got back to focusing your invaluable time and energy on what matters the most and what you do best: fine-tuning the strategy behind your marketing that will grow (traject) your business.

That (and more) is attainable with this done-for-you service that includes the following:

Behavioral Targeting

Deliver a unique experience, tailor-made for the individuality of each customer.

Your two most valuable online assets: your website, and email list, will become smarter and more reactive to the context in which each person resides. So not everyone will see the same message all the time, each person will be treated as an individual and shown the appropriate messaging as they progress through the buyer’s journey.

Retargeting Ad Funnels

Remind people why they browsed your store, then bring them back.

When ads are done right they can be well accepted (even appreciated) and far from the stereotypical nuisance. A well-placed ad will deliver the right message at the right time to a customer, with Dynamic Product Ads you can surface your customers’ actions within the ad, echoing back to them a more familiar and meaningful message.

Messenger Marketing

Messenger Marketing

Gain a first movers advantage on an untapped channel with endless utility.

Expand your reach, and engagement, with a new channel that is only now being discovered. You can’t get any more personal with a customer than by having a 1-on-1 conversation with them via a Messenger Bot and the utility of this channel is endless. Gain a first movers advantage in this channel by being the first business your customer communicates with via Facebook Messenger.

Amplifies Existing Marketing

AMPLIFIES Existing Marketing Initiatives

Personalization compliments your existing efforts, not replaces them.
It’s important to remember that Personalization is not a stand-alone initiative in-and-of itself (like Email Marketing or SEO) but a cross-channel strategy that overlays and enhances existing efforts. This service complements, rather than replaces, any existing marketing initiatives you may be running by helping you maintain a consistent marketing message across different channels that is the most relevant for your customers at any given time.

Support includes, but is not limited to, message alignment with:

  • Email Marketing
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Search Engine Marketing
  • Referral/Affiliate Marketing
  • Display/Native Advertising
  • Warranted Offline Initiatives

I’ll Deal with the Details, You Stay Focused

You stay focused on the big picture while I deal with the details of executing the dynamic shopping experiences that will increase your bottom line. Quickly answer a few questions to see the potential increase.

How This Personalization Service Works

#1) Onboarding & Implementation

Once the decision is made to move forward and the first payment is secured, we will need to schedule the engagement kick-off call, I’ll need to get access to a few of your existing digital properties (website, analytics, email software, etc.) to implement the technical aspects, and I’ll analyze those properties to get a feel for your brand while I put together your strategy and build out your new growth engine. This will all be done during the first month.

#2) Start the New Growth Engine

It’s time to turn on the ignition and push the pedal to the medal on your new growth engine, and with this new asset in place, there isn’t anything extra you need to do. As people interact with your digital properties the data being generated will be collected in a manner that will be automatically resurfaced to them in a way that will add a personalized touch to their experience. A custom report of how these new dynamic experiences are affecting your sales will be provided monthly.

#3) Tune-Ups & Optimizations

Does Lewis Hamilton just hop into his car and drive? Absolutely not, his pit crew is a large part of his success. While he may be an EXCELLENT driver, his pit crew keep his vehicle tuned up and firing on all cylinders, literally. That is exactly what I will be doing to your personalization campaigns month-in and month-out, monitoring performance and making sure there aren’t any hiccups while keeping them up to date with the latest industry tricks and best practices.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after I pay?

You will be emailed with the official welcome letter and initial onboarding instructions. More specifically there will be two things for you to do immediately:

  • Follow the included Calendly link so the engagement kick-off call can be scheduled. This call should be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance and the reason for that leads me into #2.
  • I will need access to your store’s Google Analytics account and back office (this is where you log in to manage your store, different platforms refer to it in different terms).

Because I believe in full transparency, once I get you set up on my end I will give you access to everything concerning your account. All of this should be completed within the first week of sign up.

How do I know what’s being done?

I use Teamwork to track the status of projects and on-going tasks, as well as a centralized hub of communication between us so that you’ll have access to anything you may be concerned about at any time.

Aside from access to Teamwork, if you so chose, you can be given access to the 3rd party tools being used to execute this service so that you can “see the sausage being made”. Otherwise, you’ll have a monthly report delivered to you that acts as an aggregation of the analytics produced by each system and presented in a manner that is most applicable to you.

What results can I expect?

At the most basic level, you should see a noticeable uptick in sales. Aside from the increased sales, you can expect, at a minimum, a monthly report highlighting the specifics of how the automation systems are contributing to your overall sales figures and the kind of ROI you are getting by having them (and me) in place.

I can’t guarantee a specific amount of sales, because the results themselves will always vary based on a number of factors. If you’re interested in getting some idea of what your ROI might look like feel free to request a free custom report.

How do you measure results?

Aside from requesting access to your Google Analytics account, the 3rd party tools I implement on your site come with their own analytics and reporting. A combination of all of these will be used to make sure things stay on track.

How do I know if my store is right for personalization campaigns?

There are widely accepted strategies that, for the big box retailers, have proven time and time again to produce results. It wasn’t until the past few years where the technology needed to execute these types of strategies became affordable for everyone.

Do you offer other services, like SEO or PPC?

No. SEO, specifically, is a mystical art that I just assume leave to the people whose Kung Fu is strong in that area. Plus my strengths are not in getting traffic to your site, but in properly engaging them once they get there … so I would rather focus my energies on my strengths instead of trying to be an all-purpose online marketer.

What’s with the recurring fee? I thought automation was something you “set and forget”...

Ha! If things were that easy I would just charge a one-time setup/implementation fee and send you on your way. But unfortunately, that’s not the reality we’re in (yet). Going back to the Formula One analogy I used earlier, it seems simple enough pushing a gas pedal and keeping a car on the road, but there is a lot of mechanics happening under the hood that requires routine maintenance to keep the racer performing properly…same goes for systems that have been automated.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

Nope! As of right now, this is strictly a month-to-month service that is auto-charged at the beginning of each month. At any time you feel like the value isn’t there for you feel free to cancel with no questions asked. A refund will be issued in accordance with the Terms of Service provided at the beginning of the engagement.

Still Have Unanswered Questions?

No problem! There’s a good chance they will get answered in the free report I provide. No need to call or email, just take a few minutes to answer a few questions and I will turn it around for you as quickly as I can.
